 The Account Manager Responsibilities include: 

  • Familiar in the use of Abbott/St Jude, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik and ELA/MicroPort programmers
  • Management of remote device checks, alerts and patient enrollment, equipment requests utilizing Merlin, Latitude, Carelink, Biotronik and Microport websitesCommunicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value 
  • Grow existing client partnerships through identifying cross-growth opportunities to all services 
  • Measure and track account growth potential with existing clients 
  • Deliver on quarterly client goals 
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect 
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client fulfillment 
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior 
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to assigned accounts 
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services 
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes 
  • Identifying industry trends 
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the patient experience 
  • Duties as assigned 


  • 2 years experience with Cardiac Rythm Management (CRM) devices and equipment
  • Experience with remote device transmissions (Carelink, Latitude, and Merlin and Biotronik)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability to resolve problems and carry out instructions.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians 
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communication, or related field OR 4+ years experience as a CRM Account Manager
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints or needs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients 
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients 
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data 
  • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once 
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
