Head of Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent management, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Solid understanding of performance management processes and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and practices.
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
