  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent management, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Solid understanding of performance management processes and techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and practices.
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
