• Certificate from an accredited Medical Assisting program (Preferred) 
• LPN or RN License (Preferred) 
• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or external physiological monitoring is highly preferred
• Strong background in patient care, specifically reading and understanding vital signs such as blood pressure, glucose levels, pulse oximetry, and EKGs
• Familiarity with remote monitoring device management and reviewing transmissions preferred
• Technically proficient with Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, and smartphone usage
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed
