Sr Product Manager

Position Details:

We are looking for a product manager who is experienced within MedTech, the full Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), change management, and modern tools and pipelines. 

Job Description:

As part of our championship team, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Define, plan, deliver, manage, and measure products with a growing scope or complexity

  • Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities

  • Empathy for consumers, and a track-record of root-cause analysis – not just fixing a problem, stopping that problem from ever happening again

  • Understand our priorities, work with other managers to plan and drive project deliverables inline with company and product goals, critical paths and go to market strategies

  • Lead/attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

  • Develop a repeatable structured approach for capturing and describing essential enterprise information. Use metrics and data to influence decisions

  • Write technical and product documents and status reports – targeting audiences from technical teams to executives, partners and customers

  • Ensure compliance with all global requirements, including ISO, IEC, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, CE

  • Partner with UX to design tools that make very complex workflows simple for end users

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with UX, Design and Engineering teams 

  • 3+ Years as a product manager within MedTech, HHS, and/or related industries 

  • 1+ years of health information systems experience (e.g., EHR, practice management software, billing and payments) 

  • Experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence)

  • Experience defining vision, strategy and delivery milestones 

  • Experience (and certified in) developing products and services that conform to standards of safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements (CCPA, HIPAA, GDPR)

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience creating and managing B2B SaaS products

  • Experience creating service offerings for Enterprise level customers

Location: Phoenix office (2999 N 44th St # 650), with a flexible approach to remote work.
